Cake Craze offers specialty cakes for all budgets and personalities. Whether it is for a birthday, wedding, or anniversary, we can provide the cake that best suits your needs. Erin Richter is the proprietor and decorator for Cake Craze. Graduating in 2005 with a degree in Culinary Arts, Erin has worked as a chef in various restaurants in Western North Carolina.
